Lived here for 13 years and one of been able to choose a better place to grow up and spend my childhood my family still resides here and is very satisfied! Very nice Living Community, nice homes, Parks, pool, everything you could want in an exceptional Living Community :-)

Love the park. Very well kept. Would recommend anyone lookin for a mobile home park to move into. Key heights would be the place to go.
A very upset resident
Nice place with a nosey, micro manager constantly terrorizing residents with the threat of eviction for minor infractions of "Park ordinance", usually women or the elderly. Dude, it's a TRAILER PARK... in LOWELL.

The women in the building are super nice, LOVE Bonnie!!!Fred is very rude, and attacks people((strongly women))I would say hafe if not most of this trailer park would agree that management((Fred)) makes this a terrible place to live. Get him out of here and make it how it used to be. He has cameras on his house for this reason that so many people dislike him!
