Always fast and friendly service with eagerness to go the extra step to make sure the customer's hunger is satisfied and the diner is comfortable. Interior is recently remodeled with very modern style. Very clean, very bright, with consistent quality of food and service. This is one of my "go to" fast food stops in this area. Keep up the good work!

The Lowell Arby's tends to be only slightly quicker then the Lowell taco Bell.. so if there is any kind of wait you'll burn up 15m in line..
It's Arby's. Most menu items are good. Tonight, I tried the King's Hawaiian Fish sandwich. Very messy sandwich. Hard to eat. I had the sauce stuff running down my wrists. Go easy on the sauce.
Food was fine, though Breeanna couldn't get our order correct the first time. Then as we pull up to the window, she's got her back turned to us leaning out the window; laughing and carrying on with the other workers. Not impressed!
