Dan was very rude to me on the phone and hung up on me while i was discussing a project with him,. When I was willing to put my project on hold for a few weeks to accommodate his schedule he got very rude then hung up on me.
I suggest looking elsewhere if you need a plumber now or in the future.
Not a good way to get referrals or new customers.
